Everyday, we have projects to complete and sometimes we could get caught up with them and neglect what really matters. While it is good to be productive, being busy for the sake of just being able to do something can be unhealthy. However, there are many things we could do that can help us set the tone of our day. We could start the day with activities that can help remind us of our vision and make us feel better and even more productive. There is no better way to start the day than with prayer and meditation. Prayer and meditation help us to be grateful, and a grateful attitude helps set a positive outlook. When we are positive, we tend to be more productive and we are able to achieve more.

2. Intense Physical Activity

It doesn’t matter what kind of intense physical activity you do as long as it helps you keep moving. Whether it be exercise, cleaning the lawn or walking the dog, intense physical activity helps release happy hormones like endorphins which help us become more active and work with a positive attitude. Cold water helps improve one’s physical and mental wellness, and cold water immersion, when done regularly, can bring about long lasting improvement to one’s health. It can improve one’s immune, lymphatic, circulatory and digestive systems. It can also help boost one’s metabolism helping us maintain a healthy weight.

What is your life vision? Many people tend to forget what their life vision is when they get swamped with the hustle and bustle of daily life. However, it is critical for us to always be reminded of what our life vision is so we can act with a purpose. Will anything I do today help fulfil my life vision? Reviewing your life vision will help you stay on track and look forward to future full of hope, and hope can make you look at things positively.

6. Set goals for the day

Setting your daily goals will help you plan what you need to do for the day. By doing this, you can focus on what’s important and be able to eliminate other activities that are not helping you realize your vision. You don’t need to write a long list of your goals for the day. Figure out what’s most important and what needs to be done right away so you can take the day easier and with a purpose. During the day, tick off the things you have accomplished. You will also feel more fulfilled when you do.

7. Do one thing to bring you closer to your goal

So you’ve reviewed your life vision? What can you do today to bring you closer to your goal? It doesn’t matter what you do or how small or big that action is. What’s important is that you are able to do something about it and make use of today to reach your vision. Is it learning a new skill for your dream business?
