Connecting with customers helps you discover what you should be doing with your business. Knowing what they need and how you could provide that need is a good way to start.
Moreover, your relationship with your customers very much dictates how your business will grow in the future. Start with good customer relationship. Especially in this era of technology and social media, it has become easier to engage with customers.
